BRANDBOX doesn’t accept returns or facilitate exchanges. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you have thoroughly checked the condition of your order. All of our items are documented with extensive photographs and descriptions on the website. We also advise you to ask our sales team to provide you with further photos prior to shipping so you are entirely satisfied with the condition of your purchase.
Due to the limitations of photography, we suggest all buyers check both the color name and code of the item they are buying against the corresponding color. This will ensure they are making a fully-informed purchase and avoid any potential disappointment.
